Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel or exchange the order to a new item within 24 hours from the moment you placed your order. After that time, the order is locked for processing/producing reason and cannot be cancelled or changed.

This policy also apply with all the changes you want to make with your order including change size, design or shipping address, etc. Please contact us via mail and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@uzzycraft.com

 NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

Received Items

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit.

If the item received falls under above criteria, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

  • Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you. Therefore please read and choose the right size carefully.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
  • Personalized / Customize Products: Due to the customized nature of some products we produce at fairyoung, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you (and your pet). Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and manufactured under market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. Hence, please allow the difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.

The order arrived with one or more items missing.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

If an order arrives with a missing item, we will gladly ship out the missing piece. 

Q: What is the return policy?

A: We at uzzycraft want our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience, therefore, our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase.


As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations, so we offer you service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us.

Please note that direct unilateral product exchange is not possible due to limitations in the ordering platform, and we are not entitled to send out products on our own initiative.

Replacement is possible in case of an undelivered product due to shipment cancellation, after direct personal consultation with an agent.

Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 days. This term will expire on the 14th day of the day from the receipt of the shipment by the customer.

Do not request returns and refunds after the expiry of the given term

Do not request returns and refunds in Facebook chat or Instagram messages, always send us emails to initiate the returns/refunds.


You can return a defective product or order:

a) In the unfortunate event that the product is defective
b) The received product is completely different from what has been ordered
In this case, the customer has the right to receive a new product depending on the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded for the total amount.


Q: What are the conditions to apply for a change or return?

No refund requests will be accepted after 14 days for any reason,
we'll refund the payments in the same method that the original payment has been made,
refund or changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee,
items that are damaged, dirty, altered, washed, worn, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return,
after we have sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 3~10 business days to be reflected on the customer’s account statement
Please also note that uzzycraft.com is not responsible for any return fees or returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for the return.Please note that returns and exchanges for non-quality issues require the customer to bear the shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24~48 hours.
Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to the shipping address you will be provided with your order.
Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
We will let you know the receipt of your return by email.
Once your return is processed and confirmed, please allow 3~10 days for your bank to execute the refund amount to your account.
Please note that returns and exchanges for non-quality issues require the customer to bear the shipping costs.
